Immune Boosting Concoction

  • 8 cloves

  • 1 raw garlic

  • ½ tsp of thyme

  • 1 lemon

  • 1tsp of manuka honey

  • 1tsp of grated ginger

  • 1tsp of grated turmeric

  • Pinch of black pepper

  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

  • Pinch of cinnamon

Recipe

Add the cloves, garlic, ginger, turmeric, black pepper, cayenne pepper and cinnamon to a saucepan and bring it to the boil, then let it simmer for up to an hour. 

Then add the lemon and honey once the concoction has drastically reduced its water content and tastes quite potent. 

Drink morning every morning to boost your immune system and stimulate your digestive fire.
